Return Policy

  • Shashikala India hopes you are satisfied with all parts and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Shashikala India purchase, the item(s) may be returned  within 7 days from date of delivery.

 

Process:

You may place your return request at our website. Once return request is placed, an intimation will be given to you confirming the written request via message and an email. Message and email will be sent at the mobile number and email id registered with the website. Our courier partner will pick up the item to be returned from your doorstep.
Please package the item(s) and its contents in its original packaging and securely tape the box for shipping purposes.
 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of Manufacturing Defects, Shipping Damages, Missing product and Wrong Product Receipt.

 

  • www.shashikala.org  We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our official website.​

 

  • The product should be returned to us within 7 days from delivery.

 

  • Item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.

 

  • We will send you a new replacement as soon as we receive the returned product with packaging intact including accompanying documentation*

 

  • Refund/Replacement will be processed once the item is received by Shashikala India.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -

  • Damages due to misuse of product.​

  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

 

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

 

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.

 

  • Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.

Broken and Defective Items

Please ensure that you inspect the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after taking a clear picture of the broken product or packaging.
In case of having manufacturing defect,  book your return within 48 hours of receipt of order mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost. Any claim without collecting the defective item will not be valid.
